With a background in referral nursing and veterinary education, my approach prioritises psychological safety, autonomy, and no-blame learning, helping teams feel valued, capable, and empowered in daily practice.
Hi! I'm Eden - RVN, educator, and founder of Everyday Vet Nursing
With eight years’ experience as a lead nurse in a busy referral hospital, I learned how much supported, confident nursing teams matter — to patient care, to team wellbeing, and to staff retention. Alongside line management, M&M review leadership, and infection control oversight, these experiences shaped how I now help practices develop their nursing teams.
As a lecturer, I work closely with student and registered nurses every day, bringing a blend of clinical experience, educational insight, and reflective practice into the training I deliver.
Everyday Vet Nursing exists to help teams feel safe, valued, and empowered, with the autonomy and space they need to grow. I believe in celebrating what your team already does well and creating honest, no-blame discussions that support learning without judgement.
